Pipe Cover

This policy compliments any main home insurance cover including home emergency as it provides protection against those areas which are normally excluded from a standard policy.

We provide cover up to £3000 (including VAT) in the event that an underground water supply pipe to the insured property becomes blocked or leaks, there is a leak within the property's internal gas supply or there is a complete failure of the electrical wiring system at the property.

In addition, if the property is rendered uninhabitable for more than 48 hours as a result of one or more of the above incidents, the policy also provides cover for hotel costs.
